5701 Dundas Street is a contemporary high-rise condominium and retail development designed to integrate urban living with thoughtfully incorporated green spaces. Located in a dense downtown environment, the project focuses on creating a balanced relationship between built architecture and natural elements, allowing residents to experience greenery within a vibrant city context.

The building’s façade features a panelized parametric design inspired by hexagonal structures found in nature, reflecting the efficiency and beauty of natural geometry. This architectural approach creates a dynamic exterior expression while maintaining structural efficiency and visual rhythm across the elevation.

The project combines residential and retail functions, contributing to an active urban streetscape while providing modern residential spaces above. While working with G+C Architects, Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team and played a significant role in the development and successful completion of the project.
