PIER 8 HAMILTON

Pier 8 Hamilton is a mixed-use high-rise residential condominium located on the waterfront of Hamilton, designed as part of a larger urban development initiative that connects residential, commercial, and institutional spaces along the harbor front. The project contributes to the transformation of the waterfront into a vibrant and accessible urban destination.

The architectural design focuses on creating a dynamic relationship between the building and its surrounding landscape, offering residents views of the harbor while integrating active ground-level spaces that encourage public interaction. By combining residential living with commercial and institutional elements, the project supports a balanced urban environment that enhances connectivity and community engagement along the waterfront.

While working with Kirkor Architects, Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team and played an important role in supporting the development and successful completion of the project.
