LAKESHORE AVENUE

Lakeshore Avenue is a large-scale residential architecture project located in the High Park – Swansea community in West Toronto. The development at 2002 Lakeshore West is designed as a modern condominium complex that reflects contemporary urban living and efficient high-rise planning.

The project consists of two residential towers of 20 and 36 storeys, built on a 5-storey podium. With a total gross floor area of approximately 504,408 sq ft, the development includes 630 residential units along with 280 parking spaces. The design focuses on optimizing space, functionality, and connectivity within a dense urban environment.

The architectural approach balances scale and livability, offering well-planned residential spaces within a structured and cohesive development. Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team for this project while working with G+C Architects, contributing significantly to the coordination and successful execution of the development.
