ERIN MILLS – MISSISAUGA
Erin Mills Residential District in Mississauga, Canada, is a modern high-rise mixed-use condominium community developed by Daniels in the Erin Mills neighborhood. The project is designed as a 25-storey residential tower featuring 325 suites, offering a range of unit types from compact studio apartments (433 sq ft) to spacious two-bedroom units (1039 sq ft).
The design focuses on efficient space planning, contemporary living, and functional layouts that cater to diverse urban lifestyles. Each unit is carefully planned to maximize usability, comfort, and natural light, while maintaining a clean and modern architectural approach.
This project reflects a strong integration of residential living with urban infrastructure, creating a well-balanced community environment. Neel Kaul contributed as a Design and Construction Manager for this project while working with Kirkor Architects and Planners Inc., playing an important role in both design coordination and execution.
