Mixed-Use High-Rise Residential Condominium on the waterfront of Hamilton is a urban design project bringing commercial, institutional and residential areas to the harbor front of the city. Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team while in the employ of Kirkor Architects and played a significant role in bringing the project to completion.
