The condominium has a total gross floor area of 5,04,408 sqft with 2 towers of 20 and 36 stories on a 5 story podium with 630 residential units and 280 parking spaces. Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team while in the employ of G+C Architects and played a significant role in bringing the project to completion.
