HURON STREET CONDOMINIUM BUILDING

Huron Street Condominium Collingwood is a residential condominium project located in Collingwood, Ontario, close to the scenic Georgian Bay. The building is designed with a modern architectural approach, featuring a distinctive standing seam roof and a clean white brick exterior that gives it a refined and contemporary character.

The design focuses on simplicity, durability, and contextual relevance, making it well-suited to its surrounding environment. The architectural language balances modern aesthetics with practical construction techniques, ensuring both visual appeal and long-term performance.

Akanksha Rathee led the design team while working with Design Workshop Architects, where she was responsible for developing detailed working drawings for the project. The project was completed through collaboration between Design Workshop Architects (DWA), CEBRA Architects, and Streetcar Developments, resulting in a well-executed and thoughtfully designed residential building.
