ZORRA STREET

Zorra Street is a luxury high-rise mixed-use residential development located at 36 Zorra Street, near Evans Avenue and Horner Avenue in the Islington–City Centre West neighborhood of East York. The project reflects modern urban living through a well-planned and contemporary architectural approach.

The development consists of a 36-storey condominium tower featuring 460 residential units. The units range in size from 440 sq ft to 982 sq ft, offering a variety of layouts and exposures to suit different lifestyle needs. The design focuses on efficient space utilization, natural light, and functional living environments.

The project integrates residential spaces within a mixed-use urban setting, contributing to a vibrant and connected community. Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team while working with G+C Architects, playing a significant role in coordinating and bringing the project to completion.
