36 Zorra street is a luxury high rise mixed use residential complex located near Evans Avenue and Horner Avenue in East York’s Islington- city center west neighborhood. this condo development has 460 condo units spread out over 36 stories and has suited ranging in size from 440 to 982 sq ft with many different layouts and exposures. Neel Kaul was part of the design and construction team while in the employ of G+C Architects and played a significant role in bringing the project to completion.
