AMILA HILLS

Amila Hills is a luxury township project located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, featuring a resort and residential villas. It’s designed to be a low-density, ecologically conscious development, blending contemporary design with rustic elements. The project aims to offer a “wondrous escape” and a “remedy for the weary city soul”.

Amila Hills includes a 125-key resort and residential villas. Situated in the northern foothills of Shimla, at an altitude of 6510 feet. The project emphasizes harmony with nature, using rustic elements and contemporary design. Features include a helipad, shopping high street, clubhouse, library, celebration hall, fine dining restaurant, and more. 

Neel Kaul worked as design and construction manager from the clients side overlooking the financial feasibility, planning and construction of the entire project.
